Cinnamon and Cardamom Buns

The best of Swedish Fika Culture and what I always miss when I´m not in Sweden are our cinnamon and cardamom buns. 
The dough was fermented during the night in a plastic box in the fridge and maybe a total of 15 hours, in that way you need very little east. 

I decided to divide the dough in two to make Cardamom and Cinnamon Buns and they turned out deliciosooooo!!!!


Ingredients: A LOT OF BUTTER, wheat flour, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, milk, east.
